Retail Store Manager

Are you the type of person who notices what needs to be done before anyone asks? Do you enjoy creating organized spaces, leading people, solving problems, and delivering outstanding customer service?

We're looking for a Retail Store Manager with an owner's mindset to oversee every aspect of our retail operation, from merchandising and inventory to volunteer leadership and customer experience.

This is a hands-on leadership position where no two days are exactly alike.

Your Responsibilities

Manage the daily operation of the store Create attractive merchandise displays Price and organize donated goods Monitor inventory and sales performance Oversee POS operations, cash handling, and deposits Recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers Build positive relationships with customers, donors, and community partners Help grow awareness through community outreach and marketing efforts

Compensation

$20/hour $500/month health insurance reimbursement
