Elevator Quotation Specialist (M/F)

Prepare and manage elevator quotations based on clients requirements and project specifications.

Analyze technical specifications, drawings, and customer requests.

Prepare accurate commercial offers, including pricing and technical details.

Coordinate with sales, engineering, procurement, and other internal teams to collect the required information.

Review costs, pricing, margins, and commercial conditions.

Follow up on quotation requests and ensure timely submission.

Communicate with international customers and stakeholders in English.

Ensure that quotations comply with customer requirements and company standards.

Profil recherché

Previous experience in elevator quotation / estimation / tendering is required.

Experience in the elevator or vertical transportation industry is highly preferred.

Good understanding of elevator technical and commercial requirements.

Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Strong analytical and numerical skills.

Good knowledge of Excel and other relevant tools.

Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Strong communication and coordination skills.
