Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor employee engagement programs to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention.

Design and execute internal communication strategies that promote organizational culture, values, and business objectives.

Support and advise management on labor relations matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Manage and maintain HRIS-related activities, ensuring data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and process optimization.

Coordinate and monitor cross-functional and cross-plant projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely execution.

Analyze HR metrics and employee feedback to identify trends and recommend improvement initiatives.

Collaborate with various departments to drive organizational development and change management initiatives.

Prepare reports, presentations, and communication materials for management and employees.

Act as a key point of contact for engagement, communication, and HR-related projects.

Profil recherché Qualifications:

Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in employee engagement, internal communication, labor relations, or organizational development.

Strong knowledge of labor relations practices, policies, and employment regulations.

Hands-on experience working with HRIS systems and HR data management.

Proven experience leading and coordinating cross-functional and cross-plant projects.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.

Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
