LM Marketing is strengthening its telephone sales team and is looking for Sales Advisors for a fully remote position, open exclusively to candidates residing in Casablanca .

The role is open to candidates who enjoy selling, persuading others, taking on challenges and reaching clear targets, and who wish to work from home .

As a Sales Advisor at LM Marketing , the mission consists of contacting potential customers, presenting the company’s services and closing sales, entirely from a remote setup .

The position plays a key part in the company’s growth by turning prospects into satisfied customers.

Working remotely requires autonomy, discipline and a stable internet connection, as all calls and customer follow-up are handled online.

The main responsibilities are the following.

Make outbound calls to potential customers from a remote workspace . Present LM Marketing’s products and services in a convincing way. Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions. Handle objections and close sales. Reach and exceed the assigned sales targets. Ensure professional customer follow-up and keep the CRM up to date.

The profile sought includes the following requirements.

Residence in Casablanca is mandatory. Excellent command of English (mandatory). French is an asset but is not required. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Motivation to reach targets and to perform. Competitive mindset, autonomy and positive attitude. Ability to work independently from home with a reliable internet connection. Experience in sales, telemarketing or a call centre is an asset but is not required.
