Manager, Co-Brand Growth & Partnerships

Description

Responsible for the relationship management, strategy and budget allocations of US Co-Brand Card and Financial partners (Mastercard, Chase Travel).

Your day to day

Manage relationships and deliver on partnerships strategy with core partners, such as Mastercard and Chase Travel Responsible for delivering on contractual commitments across partner relationships Actively partner with our Co-Brand partners and Internal stakeholders in Marketing, Finance, Legal, Analytics and Operations to drive ancillary revenue for IHG Analyze and monitor partner initiative performance Analyze and monitor competitive intelligence and make appropriate decisions on market responses

What we need from you Bachelors or Masters degree in relevant discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 4-6 years of experience in partnership management (financial partnerships a plus) or project management Experience in engaging cross functional working partnerships in a global organization Strong decision making, influencing/consensus building and analytical skills with clear understanding of impact on IHG revenue goals and bottom-line Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience with marketing to maximize the value of the financial partner marketing funds Experience effectively managing stakeholders, both internally and externally Project management experience in organizing, planning and executing large-scale projects from conception through implementation Effective verbal and written communication skills for the purpose of negotiating strategic partner relationships and providing information to clients, vendors, and staff

Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in the Atlanta office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.

The salary range for this role is $106,000.00 to $115,000.00. This role is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
